Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped tomatillos
- 2 cups cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup vodka, tequila, or mezcal
Recipe Preparation
Purée first 7 ingredients and 1/2 cup water in a blender until very smooth. Add vodka; blend well. Fill glasses with ice. Divide Green Mary among glasses. Garnish each with a cucumber spear.
