Put 200 g of nuts in the robot with the S blade and mix until they are crushed. Transfer the flour obtained in a large bowl. Add the psyllium bran, flax seeds ground through an electric coffee grinder and the remaining coarsely crushed walnuts (80 g), finely chopped dates and salt powder.

In the bowl of the blender, put the broken bananas, water, cinnamon and mix until you get a creamy, homogeneous composition.

Mix the banana paste with the dry ingredients from the bowl, a plastic spatula or clean hands. You need to get a homogeneous dough that can be easily shaped. If it is too soft, add more ground walnuts or coconut flakes.

You can also add a little cocoa powder or carob, if you want to get a "chocolate" roll.

Let the dough sit for a few minutes, then spread it on a plastic wrap, in a uniform sheet.

  • 200 gr of sour cream
  • 1 lgta cinnamon
  • 1/2 lgta cardamom
  • coffee sauce:
  • 100 ml of coffee
  • 150 gr milk / dark chocolate
  • 200 gr pecan core (lightly baked)

The ingredients are kept at room temperature for at least one hour before preparing the composition.

In a bowl, froth the butter with a pinch of salt and raw sugar. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well until smooth after each one. Add the spices and mix.
