Wash all the vegetables, peel the ones they need and cut them into large enough cubes. They are boiled for about half an hour. Put a tablespoon of olive oil and salt and boil a little more, then drain the vegetable juice. We do not throw this juice. Blend the vegetables nicely, add pepper, butter ... see what consistency it catches and supplement from time to time with vegetable juice. I put it all on, if it's still soup, let it be soup not puree, so I like it a little more liquid.
