A more complicated recipe, but extremely good especially for those who do not like mayonnaise (like me).
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 well baked avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 2-3 slices of red pepper
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 60-70g of Philadelphia cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Stuffed eggs:
Boil 6 eggs and rinse with cold water. Peel, cut in half and remove the yolks, which are mixed in a food processor with avocado well sprinkled with lemon juice (so as not to oxidize) red pepper, sour cream, cheese, garlic, pepper, salt. The resulting mousse is put with a teaspoon in the egg halves and decorated with small pieces of red pepper.
